Roebucks Rugby Academy is a professionally run rugby programme in Lewisham and Greenwich, and a registered charity. Catering to 6th form boys attending non-rugby playing Schools/Colleges in South East London. Our mission is to develop the next generation of rugby players through expert coaching and a supportive team environment.

Rugby is a physical game which relies on respect of your team mate, the opposition, the officials and the coaches. Self Respect is equally important and we will help all our players embrace this core value.
ENJOYMENT
We want our players to enjoy playing, training and learning about the benefits sport can bring. By providing a supportive environment that they can enjoy we will enable them to develop as players and young adults.
VICTORY
Winning comes in many different forms, not just on the scoreboard. To fully appreciate victory it is important to embrace and understand losing. We will train our players to be humble in victory and gracious in defeat.
