Roebucks Rugby Academy is proud to have a dedicated team of coaches who are passionate about developing young rugby players. Our coaches are committed to providing a supportive and encouraging environment for all players to thrive.

TOM CHAPMAN
DIRECTOR OF RUGBY
Ex-professional and England U18 rugby player, Tom has over 150 National League appearances and is a Level 3 Coach. Tom is currently the 1st XV attack coach at Old Colfeians RFC and is responsible for planning and co-ordinating the rugby activity within the Academy.

VICKY FLEETWOOD
HEAD COACH
Vicky is an International rugby player with 80+ caps. She has won multiple Premiership and 6 Nations titles and a Rugby World Cup. She is a Level 3 Coach with a degree in Sports & Exercise Science with further qualifications in Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition.

REIGAN JOHNSON-HINDS
ASSISTANT COACH
A Team of 2022 Roebuck, Reigan has played rugby for both the Jamaican U18 and Full International team. Recently graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in Sports Coaching he holds the ERCA coaching qualification.

SOUFIAN CALLOW
APPRENTICE COACH
A Team of 2025 Roebuck, Soufian holds the ERCA coaching qualification.

TIMI AGBEDI
APPRENTIC PHYSIOTHERAPIST
A team of 2022 Roebuck, Timi has graduated with a degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitaion from the University of Kent.

BEN HUTCHINGS
ACADEMY DIRECTOR & TRUSTEE
Ben has a wide experience in Education, founding and running the nursery chain Minis Childcare as well as being a founding Member of the primary school Maritime Academy Trust. He runs the Old Colfeians Schools programme and is a Level 2 Coach.

DANIELLE WATERMAN
TRUSTEE
Nolli is an ex-professional England rugby player with 82 caps and is a World Cup winner and Olympian. She is a Level 3 Coach and is a regular media commentator, most recently working for Sky Sports during the 2025 British and Irish Lions tour.
